We’ve seen giant signs almost left behind. We’ve filled out incident reports when their equipment gets damaged by riggers. We’ve corrected customer paperwork. And that hands-on service goes far beyond just the venue. “On our way to IMTS one year, we had very heavy rains,” recalls the Milwaukee Business Development Manager. “Interstate I-94 in Indiana was closed, along with other state highways.
